I know that getting help for trauma and relationship challenges can feel scary and overwhelming, but I’m here to help.

One of the areas I specialize in is couples counseling. If you’re struggling to feel like you’re good enough in relationships or connected to your partner but are having romantic issues and feel unimportant, I see you. Sometimes, when people have gone through traumatic experiences, it can affect their relationships.

You might be confused about who you are – you want to be a good person but don’t feel like you can achieve that.

My goal for you is to find safety and acceptance with yourself. I want you to feel worthy of love and support. You’re not broken, despite what you may think about yourself. We need to rewrite the narrative that says you’re damaged to one that validates your self-worth.

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and therapy for trauma. I know just how hard you’re trying to keep it all together, but you can’t do it all yourself
